Ms. Park joins WC Law Corporation with over two decades of experience in administrative law, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Previously, Ms. Park served as a Litigation Attorney for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in San Francisco, where she represented HUD in administrative hearings before the EEOC, MSPB, and federal courts. Her work supported fair housing initiatives and civil defense matters in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to this, she was Assistant Chief Counsel with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security at Immigration and Customs Enforcement which included prosecution work on criminal and national security cases. Over her 14-year tenure in that role, she conducted thousands of hearings and trained attorneys in trial advocacy.
Ms. Park earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, where she was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers and served as Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Board, winning multiple awards for advocacy. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science, with distinction, from the University of Washington.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Ms. Park enjoys hiking, reading fiction, and spending time in nature, especially the ocean. At home in Marin County, she loves spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their poorly behaved but endlessly loving adopted dog, Monty.
