GUSTAVO ARCEO-GONZALEZ

Prior to joining Wintersteen | Casarez, Mr. Arceo-Gonzalez worked as an Associate Attorney for a reputable workers’ compensation defense firm in the Los Angeles area, where he handled a full case load representing insurance carriers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation.

Mr. Arceo-Gonzalez brings a passionate spirit to the firm having spent over a decade working in the legal field. His diverse background which includes workers’ compensation defense, eviction defense, family law and debt collection has helped him develop a unique perspective towards the importance of communication and attention to detail. His work ethic is exemplified in how he defends workers’ compensation claims, being extremely skillful in his negotiation tactics to deliver desirable results for his clients. He understands the value of collaboration and often leads with empathy and perspective.

Mr. Arceo-Gonzalez obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ventura College of Law where he was the co-founder of the La Raza chapter at the Colleges of Law and the President of the student body. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The University of Hawaii-Hilo where he received a full athletic scholarship to run cross-country.

Outside of work, Mr. Arceo-Gonzalez is training to run his next marathon and enjoys spending time outdoors with family as well as staying fit by running, swimming and cycling.
