Ms. Walker is a Senior Associate in our Fresno office. She started practicing Workers’ Compensation Defense in 2015 and has had experience at both the Northern and Southern California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards. She is proud to have the opportunity to serve each client with strong and aggressive advocacy as well as prompt and responsive communication style.

Prior to joining Wintersteen Casarez, Ms. Walker had the privilege of working for multiple workers’
compensation defense firms and obtaining many favorable outcomes for her clients in settlement, at trial and arbitration, as well as third party subrogation rights and credits.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Patrick Henry College and her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law where she was a Witkin Award recipient for Academic Excellence in Ethics.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Walker loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. She enjoys reading, hiking, playing the piano, and watching bad reality tv. She also enjoys traveling abroad and has previously lived in Mexico where she became fluent in Spanish. Most importantly, she is thankful to be able to give back to her community by volunteering at the local animal
shelter.
