Mr. Fritsch has over 25 years of workers’ compensation experience consisting of defense representation for self-insured employers, third party administrators and insurance carriers. Prior to joining Wintersteen | Casarez, Mr. Fritsch worked as a paralegal for a reputable defense firm and managed cases in the Fresno, Bakersfield, San Luis Obispo, and Salinas venues. He is happy to join WC Law Corp as Hearing Representative where he spends his time assisting on cases, performing legal research, obtaining approval of walk through settlements, lien negotiation and attendance at hearings in the Central Valley venues.

Mr. Fritsch obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Accounting, from California State University, Fresno and his Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law.

Outside of work, Mr. Fritsch enjoys spending time with his family and cycling. While cycling, he has participated in century rides while raising funds for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society through Team-n-Training and is a founding member of the Central California Charitable Association aka Parker’s Team.
