Mr. Sandoval has been in the field of Workers’ Compensation defense for 9 years having practiced for three large statewide firms over the course of his career. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as a paralegal in workers’ compensation defense while attending law school. This helped him to develop a deeper understanding of workers’ compensation defense work from the ground up.

Mr. Sandoval handles all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment to settlement or trial, by identifying unique issues in each case, devising dynamic result-driven strategies and maintaining client communication throughout the process. He has extensive experience in representing insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators before the WCAB. He also has experience in handling alternative dispute resolution claims, arbitration and lien litigation.

Mr. Sandoval graduated from California State University, Long Beach where he earned his degree in Business Administration and graduated cum laude. He received his law degree from Pacific Coast University Law School. He often attends educational conferences and seminars to stay informed on the latest developments in Workers’ Compensation caselaw and procedures.

Outside of work, Mr. Sandoval enjoys spending time with friends and family. His hobbies include traveling, hiking, scuba diving, snowboarding and golfing. He has a 2 year-old Husky named Romeo who is the best work-from-home company.
