Mr. Cambero has worked in the Workers’ Compensation industry as a Senior Lien Specialist and Certified Bill Reviewer since 2010. In this roll, he is responsible for the informal negotiation and settlements of all types of Workers’ Compensation liens. He stays up to date with all the OMFS guidelines and negotiates liens using state-of-the-art bill review software.

Prior to joining Wintersteen | Casarez, Mr. Cambero worked as a Senior Lien Specialist for a reputable workers’ compensation defense firm in the Greater Los Angeles area. He maintains relationships with the various lien representatives in the area in order to successfully and efficiently negotiate liens as quickly as possible. He has also been successful at helping to present defenses to liens at Trial.

Mr. Cambero attended New Mexico Highlands University where he studied Exercise Performance in Sport and also played colligate football.

Outside of work, Mr. Cambero is involved in high school football and has been coaching for 10 years as an Offensive Line Coach and College Recruiting Coordinator. Mr. Cambero also enjoys spending time with his wife Josie, their two daughters Mia and Kira, and their pet dog Roscoe.
