Mr. Khang joined Wintersteen | Casarez in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Khang worked at a well-known personal injury law firm. He leverages this prior experience and knowledge to steadfastly advocate for and provide the best service to his clients. He is focused on client communication and aggressively defending his claims as well as pushing for early resolution. He currently handles a caseload of files consisting of injuries involving construction workers, restaurant workers, temporary workers and medical facility workers.

Mr. Khang graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, fully funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he earned his degree in Southeast Asian Studies. Mr. Khang later returned home to Sacramento and received his law degree from Lincoln Law School where he graduated magna cum laude while working full-time.

Outside of work, Mr. Khang loves spending time with family and friends, listening to any genre of music in any language, attending K-pop concerts and musicals, and singing. Mr. Khang also loves learning new languages. He is fluent in Hmong, and has taken several languages courses for the Thai and Korean language.
