Mr. Vaters has over 9 years of experience practicing workers’ compensation defense. Previously, he worked for a mid-sized defense firm where he was a Senior Associate, managing a full case load as well as training and overseeing new associates.

Mr. Vaters has varied experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. He prides himself on zealous advocacy for his clients while also balancing that with a measured understanding of how best to reduce costs and exposure in the long run. He has vast experience with a diverse set of clients, from small businesses to large institutional organizations. He also has extensive experience with PEO’s and various issues regarding general-special employer litigation.

Mr. Vaters received his law degree from the University of California, Davis. Prior to that, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Riverside.

Outside of work, Brandon is an avid golfer and movie lover. When he is not at the course or in a movie theater, he loves spending time with his wife and their beagle-chihuahua pup, Tilly.
