Ms. Crim has over 14 years of experience practicing workers’ compensation defense for several large statewide defense firms over the years. She most recently served as the Managing Partner of a mid-sized firm where she was responsible for building and managing a dedicated team of over 20 defense attorneys while remaining dedicated to her clients by maintaining a full case load.

Ms. Crim has experience in all aspects of defense litigation including legal analysis, litigation, early resolution, and Trial. She prides herself on working closely with individual clients to ensure that each litigation plan is individually tailored to achieve maximum results while also carefully considering the ever-growing costs of continued discovery.

She has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients including both insured and uninsured employers, public entities, labor unions, as well as small businesses. Most recently, she has had the opportunity to hone her skills on the complex issues involved in staffing agency litigation, PEO’s and general/special employer litigation.

Ms. Crim graduated from the University at Buffalo, New York, with a degree in Communications. She later fled the cold winters of New York and received her law degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco where she was the recipient of multiple Witkin and Cali Awards for Excellence, was on the Dean’s list for each semester, and was a member of Law Review.

When not at work, Rachael enjoys traveling around the world with her husband Pete. She is also a competitive adult figure skater and cherishes her three dogs, Pesto, Orzo, and Piper.
