Ms. Rath joined Wintersteen | Casarez in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rath worked for another workers’ compensation defense firm. In her capacity as Associate Attorney for WC Law Corporation, she aggressively defends employers, third-party administrators and insurance carriers with respect to workers’ compensation claims in the Northern California areas. She enjoys keeping current on new workers’ compensation laws and being a source of legal knowledge for her clients and peers.

Ms. Rath graduated from the California State University, Sacramento where she earned her degree in Criminal Justice and graduated cum laude. Ms. Rath thereafter received her law degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento where she graduated while working full-time.

Ms. Rath’s life outside of work involves spending time with her family, riding her bike, and trying new diverse foods. She is also fluent in Khmer (Cambodian).
