Mr. Willis has been practicing workers’ compensation defense for over ten years. He is an aggressive and zealous advocate of insurance carriers, third party administrators, public entities, and self-insured entities throughout all aspects of the claims process. He regularly advises insureds and carriers regarding insidious disease claims and catastrophic injuries.

Mr. Willis has obtained numerous “Take Nothing” judgments and successfully defended his client in the Suon v. Ca Dairies matter which is now an en banc opinion. He also trains clients regarding cost of living adjustments, offensive use of cumulative trauma claims, and claims procedure.

Mr. Willis graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a degree in Political Theory. He obtained his law degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon where he served as the managing editor of the Lewis and Clark Law Review. During law school, Mr. Willis served as a judicial extern for the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.

In his free time, Mr. Willis exercises and enjoys cult science fiction and horror. He is an also an avid 3D printer enthusiast and veteran adventurer.
