Ms. Spencer has worked in the Workers’ Compensation industry since 2013. She has presented cases up and down the state and initially started her career in Northern California. She has been practicing in the Inland Empire since 2020.

Ms. Spencer believes in collaboratively working with her clients to jointly create a plan of action that will move the case towards closure. She passionately defends her clients’ interests and believes: “The only good case is a closed case.”

Her experience includes working with Public Entities, School Districts, Police Departments, large Private Corporations, Self-Insureds, and small employers.

Ms. Spencer attended law school at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, CA where she was Vice President of La Raza and on the board of the Public Interest Legal Foundation. She interned at their Disability Legal Clinic where she helped parents advocate for Individual Educational Plans and obtained a fellowship to work with the second biggest non-profit Law Firm in the nation.

When she isn’t working, she travels and spends time with her family. One of her favorite places is Venice, Italy and surrounding islands, although Costa Rica is a close second.
